Well after getting around the Edernium quest for the ring, I find myself unable to complete the ghost mystery quest. She speaks of the one-eyed man, who is located in the tavern. I proceed to the tavern and he's not there... I can't find him. I remember speaking to him once before, but I don't recall ever doing anything that would have him leave his seat.
Would he possibly be located elsewhere?

Just thought I'd say that the issue was fixed. I reloaded a later save and found him sitting at his usual seat. Strange issue.
