The deluxe edition on Steam lists the Australia DLC as included, but the only extras mentioned on the deluxe version on GOG are wallpaper and soundtrack.

Since both are showing the same price and same discount, I'm assuming the GOG store page simply hasn't been updated yet. I always prefer to purchase on GOG when possible, and wanted to verify before purchase.

Steam was updated just before the holidays, so we haven't gotten to GOG yet. It's on the list, though.

To clarify, once updated, will I receive the Australia DLC?

I just made the purchase, and the DLC is still showing for sale only. I assumed that your response meant that the GOG listing hadn't been updated to show that the Australia DLC was now included.

If you got the current Deluxe Edition on GOG, which contains the base game and the soundtrack, you won't get the Australia DLC later. Buying the current Deluxe Edition on GOG should get you the base game and the soundtrack, as this is what GOG are currently selling.

To elaborate and add more context:
The Deluxe Edition on GOG is what the original bundle was on all platforms. It contains the base game and the soundtrack.
The Deluxe Edition on Steam is the new bundle. It contains the base game and the Australia DLC.
The Deluxe Editions on Steam and GOG are different bundles at the moment.
We wanted to update the bundles we have on Steam, GOG and Epic, but before the holidays we could do it only for Steam.
The plan for the near future is to update the bundle contents on GOG and Epic as well.
The new Deluxe Edition would be considered a different bundle, so it won't remove the OST from people who own the original Deluxe Edition, and it won't add the Australia DLC to people who own the original Deluxe Edition.

I hope this makes things clearer!
