Does anyone have any idea how to get this achievement? I have tried everything I can think of. I have literally had my entire car need repairs at the end of a race and it still hasn't popped. I'm at a complete loss of what else it could mean for a "near totalled car".

i hear a custom rally with 6 stages, possibly germany, with severe damage setting and without repairing the car, might do the trick. ;)
