The game has trouble launching consistently, regardless if I run it in a compatibility mode, as an administrator, or using a graphics card wrapper program like dgVoodoo2. Most of the time the game hangs on a black screen, hangs on the desktop after forcing it to a lower resolution, or makes a "Pandemic Studios" window appear saying an "ACCESS VIOLATION" occured. The only way I've gotten the game to launch is by simply repeatedly attempting to launch it until it finally does. Does anybody have a solution to this.

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 11
GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: Intel i7-12700F
