If I buy the Arma 2 Expansions (British, PMC, and Chek) from a site like GamersGate or Bohemia's own store will it work with The GoG Version?

I don't see why not. They are technically just mods, a bunch of content, not stand-alone software. Beware that I do not actually know however so don't go buy it just yet.
