Well, I'm playing Sniper Team mission (Cold war crisis) and..

there isn't any team. I can't command my Black Op dudes anything, there's no tactical view avaible, no squad menu as it is in other missions.

Should it be that way? I think I should be able to command them to move but I can't and I need to play this solo.

Yes, it's a bug, something gone awry in the 1.99 upgrade to OFP. They're supposedly working on a fix. You can fix it yourself by unPBOing the mission, sticking the mission folder in your user missions folder, opening it up in the editor, redrawing the group yourself, then putting the repaired mission folder back into the SP missions folder.

That explains alot..i noticed that right away...I thought that they had changed the mission for the new version or something.....i didnt mind that much...i found my squad more of a pain in OFP...ive been trying to storm the compund and snipe the officers single handedly.

Everything else about 1.99 is an improvement..they fixed that irritating double mouse pointer problem (you could fix it by seting the game to 85hz but that always bothered me.)

I guess they are gona have to release a 2.0 version to fix sniper team

Steam version was updated automatically, yes? Because it was updated recently, and sniper team mission works correctly now, but I don't know if it's the latest update possible.

Cheers dwarden for the patch post. Ill apply it today..im sure gog must have the updated version by now(im assuming they would) but i dont want to re download just now so ill use the patch instead.

Sniper team and everything else works perfectly....thanks dwarden and the BI team...you are my fav developers!

Also to let everyone know...i manually patched the 'Red Hammer' mission pack into the GOG ArmA cwa version from my cd copy of OpFlashPoint cwc (goty)....and it works perfectly! So you can still play 'Red Hammer' with the new updated ArmA (just remember to copy and paste both the campaign and the addon files and you are away)
