I bought and downloaded ArmA II Combined Operations last week. The game is amazing! definitely looking forward to playing ArmA 3 when it is released.

I am playing on the lower player difficulty settings and I cannot find an option to turn off the Autosave feature on the game scenarios. It is not a major issue, but sometimes distracting when the game stops in the middle of a firefight to save the progress. I did a quick search using The Google and from what I have read it is not possible to turn off autosave? Is this true or is there a workaround.

It's a mission specific thing. If the scripts say save it'll save.
