okay,I start the game and I can't read anything because everything is blurry as hell.
try to change the resolution ingame,crash.try to change through the config file,black screen
can anyone help me play the game?

I'm having a similar issue and haven't gotten a reply from this forum. I'm going to try hitting up the forums over at armaholic and see if they feel like helping. If I get anything, I'll let you know.

The GOG version of ARMA is an older version. It needs to be patched to 1.14 (at least) to work with higher RAM computers.

I have no idea what version it is, so I'm patching all the way from 1.05.

You must have downloaded the GOG version a long time ago. My GOG version of Arma Gold installed recently (about a month ago) is version 1.18.5281. The GOG installer version is 2.0.0.17.
