Just the other day I found this useful site: http://ofp-faguss.com/sky.html

So,
install 1 of these sky mods,
instal DXDLL,
and install his "OFP Aspect Ratio v1.6 (1.6 MB)"

Then add other mods if you wish, like ECP 1.085e, and you are good to go. ;-)
