I played through the XBOX version no problem, but with this version, I keep getting reprimanded by the CO and had one game terminated!!! What gives? I made a couple missteps the first time, accidentally shot one person and fell out of formation a few times, but the second time I've been PERFECT and it's still happening!

Ideas?
