There are two pieces of DLC available for Arma 2 on Steam. They are Private Military Company and British Armed Forces. Are these included in the Arma 2: Combined Operation version on Gog?
No. Also I'm pretty sure Arma 2: CO means A2+A2OA everywhere (the DLCs are separate on Steam too).

Indeed, Steam says release date was September 13th. But I saw that DLC somewhere already on the day ARMA2 was released on GOG. Maybe it was downloadable from the developer's page earlier. oO Very weird.

It was released on July 30th at BIS's own store.

Yes and no. You have all the weapons and units included in the full game, but only have demo versions of the campaigns and some other minor details. You can also get the "lite" version of the ACR (Army of the Czech Republic) DLC for free in case you need it online somewhere.
