I'm trying to use my XBox 360 pad to get better flight controls in the game. But for the love of GOG I can't get them properly mapped or use them in the default setting.

Anybody got some ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or maybe even a profile.

I used to have a halfway decent setup, but that was a few formats ago (and for ArmA 1). Check the Bohemia Interactive forums, I believe there are a few threads on the subject there.

I know i'm late to this thread, do you still have that problem? What is the problem, exactly? I have been using my wired Xbox 360 Pad with ArmA successfully for quite some time, for both air and ground vehicles. So if you are still stumped, i could post my mappings here to get you started.

For Amra2 Free, I used the game pad for driving ground vehicles, and a Logitech Extreme 3d Pro JS for flying Aircraft.

Have yet to get a vehicle to try DayZ with GOG's Arma II version.
