When a start a old game like Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura my screen is a huge blur.

But when a start it on xp it works without blurs. How do fix this problem on win 7?

This sounds like a video card issue; it's unlikely Win7 by itself has anything to do with it, you'll probably have to look at the video settings in both systems to determine the cause.
