I have tried to download files from Terra Arcanum and all I get is "badlink". Doesn't matter if I use Adblock and NoScript or not.
Any idea what else I must do or if I can get arcanum mods and tools somewhere else?

It worked for me. On the UAP091225.exe download page, with scripting blocked, copy/pasting the .hash link proceeded with the download.
