Second time this happens, im using the 3 mods suggested by the forums (UAP 091225, HQ maps, High res patch.)

First time i fell "into" a wall at the first cave with the dead bandit, luckily this wasnt too hard since i could just follow the wall to the entrance and load out/in again.

Second time now is inside Tarant Sewers, which seems to be more problematic. Getting to a ladder is a pain and a challenge, but even then there is a wall separating you from it so you cant even load out.

Best part is, both times this has happened was during a save. So no matter when i load it i keep getting stuck in the wall.



Any cheap solution/ cheat to teleport/ whatever.
Or do i have to scrap the entire character and start again? Really dont feel like it.

Never had this problem myself. Perhaps try reinstalling if it occurs too frequently.

To get yourself out of it, try using a Scroll of Exiting (teleports you to entrance of dungeon/town). They are only about 500g and they are sold at many stores.
