I was interested in the title, so I downloaded the demo from... fileshack, I think it was.

In the demo, I'm not able to alter the resolution, and this causes part of the screen to be cut off on the left side.

So, my question is: Are you able to change the resolution in the updated full version available on gog.com?

Yes.

Specifically, there's a mod available for the game that you can use to change the resolution to something much higher than that of the original.

Of course if you want to buy it you should install some other essential mods as well to enhance your experience.
