For the love of God, help me... I lost my best friend... I removed him from party at train station in Tarant, because I wanted to get to Blackroot fast. I thought he will be waiting for me, like a good boy! But I came back and he is gone :( I don't have a save from before leaving him! What do I do? I want my puppy back ;_;

That sucks. But it makes sense that a dog would run off. I bet he saw a squirrel and is miles away by now. Multiple saves always, especially when making major changes like dropping off a follower!

*sigh* I do have multiple saves. Problem is, I also save the game VERY often and I quickly overwrite them. RIP my dog. He was awesome.

Have you tried looking for him in Ashbury? Granted, Dog might be an exception, being a "free" follower and all; but abandoned followers usually return to wherever you first found them.

(For the record, Sogg is the main exception; true to his nature, he heads to the nearest town with a tavern.)
