i had to reinstall (as admin) for some reasom and then i patched it to ver 1074 as admin bla bla when i go to start it say no disk inserted any ideas

The GOG version of Arcanum is already patched to version 1.0.7.4. You do not need to download and apply the patch manually.
You should try uninstalling and reinstalling the GOG edition.

ok thanks but now i cant start any games i replaced them after the new install which show up in the load screen and now when i go to load them it asks.... are you sure you want to exit the game ....doh!!!! if i say no it does nothing if yes it quits ......
dam did i miss some files or something
