wolfman1911: By the way, I have noticed that getting something identified seems to adjust the price that people will pay for it. I just played a game where I got the cursed dagger out of the Bessie Toone mine, before I got it identified all three vendors on that strip (Reitze, blacksmith and general store) were offering around a hundred for it, after having it identified (and revealing it was cursed) the best I could get was ten.
This is true. An unidentified magical item is worth a little money but not a whole lot. If you get it identified and it turns out it's a good magical item, you can then sell it for much more. But if it turns out that it's a crappy cursed item, it will not be worth much anymore.

I usually just identified everything just in case... the good ones sell for more and you might even want to use them, whereas if you sell before identifying you'll never know. If it really bugs you, you can save before identifying and then reload if it turns out to be cursed, and then go sell it with it still unidentified.
