I would be happy to know if there is a way to hide all UI panels in-game, as in Baldur's Gate 2 for instance. The reference card supplied in the manual does not mention this feature, anyone knows about it?

F10 for UI minimal mode, although i'm not sure if it only works with the HR patch installed. Give it a try.

You don't need the HR patch installed to do this but you do need to add the -fullscreen command line argument. Then you can toggle the UI with F10 or M.
To do this right click your Arcanum shortcut then go to properties and add -fullscreen in the 'Target' field after the filepath to your Arcanum exe.
