I have a level cap raiser mod for the cd version of Arcanum that worked with that in the past. It consists of an experience table and a modified .exe file. The problem is that if I swap the .exe, it asks me for a disk. Does anyone know a potential workaround for this?

Use another level cap remover like Arcanum universal level cap remover perhaps? It should work with UAC as well. Note that it does not update the level/xp table so you may need the updated table you have or get one of the two mentioned in the readme. If you use it with UAP or other patches/mods, install it last.
How bad is the level cap in this game? Can you reach it fairly soon, or does reaching it require doing most quests and exploring most of the world?

And if I have Arcanum gogged, then latest UAP, then High res town maps, high res 1.1a pack, and high res MP3 music pack, is this universal cap removed compatible?
Thanks

The other uncapper seemed to install correctly, thanks for the help Petrell.
I don't think the cap is horrible, but I like being able to create interesting, overpowered mages after my first playthrough. I'd play it vanilla your first couple times through, and then fiddle around with extras and see which you like. I picked the game up way back, so I just got the gog version as a convenience.
