In the dwarven racial abilities, the game says "a bonus of two ranks to all the Technological Skills and a starting Technological aptitude of 15 ... " but in-game, my character only starts with ONE rank to all the tech skills? Is this a bug? Did you all notice this as well?

If you look closely - you will see it takes two tech ranks to get the rank you have.
ie - Lantern + Filiment = Electric Light

Lou: If you look closely - you will see it takes two tech ranks to get the rank you have.
ie - Lantern + Filiment = Electric Light

No, you only have to put one point into Electricity to get Electric Light. "Layman"=Tech 0, "Novice"=Tech 1.
