It seems I've encountered a rather annoying bug. Basically I have the schematic of this particular gun, the nessecary parts (repeater rifle and small electric coil) as well as doctorate level expertise in gunsmithing and yet I apparrently lack the expertise required to make this gun. I'm using the Unofficial Patch (I suspect this schematic is part of the content the UAP restores which wasn't quite restored properly) as well as Krupp's Ranged Weapons Mod.

Anyone else encountered this problem, and better yet, is there a way to fix it?
