Anyone know where I can find this? It doesn't appear on Terra Arcanum's site whatsoever anymore and that appears to have been the only public host for the file.

It's still on Terra Arcanum - you probably missed it because it's also called Hard Arcanum; I don't know why. In the download section it can be found in Arcanum -> Main Module Expansions -> Hard Arcanum (link says polished_CARCANUM.zip).

Well there is Polished CAR arcanum (also named Hard-Arcanum by Chris Beddoes, file name is polished carcanum) under arcanum -> main module expansions. Is this not it?
