Hello there. I am having an issue with playing the game. After I create my character and watch the opening cinematic, the only thing I can see is the interface. The view field is entirely black and the text of the opening converstaion just stacks over top of each other. Even after advancing through the converstaion, nothing clears up, all of the text just stays where it is at. If I do click somewhere, my character starts to walk there and you can see a shadow move across the screen to the point where I clicked. This is happening on both of my laptops running Windows 10 and Intel chips with integrated graphics. Thank you in advance for the assistance with this issue.

Have you already tried reinstalling and/or running in compatibility mode? I remember past posts saying that the regular download worked better than the galaxy client download, so perhaps try that. Sorry I can't help more, but you might try This Thread.

Well, you could install the unofficial patch, but Iif you look at my post, just recently on the subject of the high resolution patch and you can see where that goes very quickly.

Hey there. I just bought the game too and had the same problem (Win10, GeForce 1080). To fix it, you need to add the following parameters to the game shortcut (in Start Menu): -no3d -doublebuffer. RUn the game from the start menu shortcut.
