So it took me a couple of new games to figure it out but I seem to have a bug with my perception locking my camera I read an article that said if you lose perception, damage an eye the game auto locks your screen around you character. I'm having the opposite problem I have no character injuries but as soon as I put a point in to perception after I hit level 2 it auto locks the camera around my character so I can't look around and suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it possible that your character has some piece of equipment equipped that causes your perception to go down dramatically if it is over a certain point?
