I've somehow locked my camera to be almost centered on my party, so that I can't pan away from them anymore. It feels ludicrous to be coming on here to ask how to fix this, but I can't figure out how I did it, or see anything in the manual. Any suggestions?

Didn't perception affect the camera panning possibilities in this game? Did you lose perception, damaged eye maybe?

Try pressing the Home button.
