When I open my map and use the scroll arrows at the bottom it only moves to the SE corner of the map. This is starting to suck because I can't use the map to find where to go. Also, is there a nice way to zoom out and view the whole city(not the world map)?

Thanks for any help.

Use the arrow keys. The scroll button doesn't look like it works. At least it never has with me. And no the map doesn't zoom in or out.

If you are using the HR Mod, you might want to take a look at this post as well.

Seen that thanks, I'm not sure where to put that though. --->(However, if you don't like this adjustment you can run the game with the '-scrolldist:0' command line argument, this will give you infinite scrolling distance ,)

If you aren't running the HR mod then you won't see any benefit from this switch. If you are running it, you would right click the game shortcut, click Properties, click the Shortcut tab and add -scrolldist:0 to the target path AFTER the last quotation mark. It would be added before or after the -no3d -doublebuffer switches which you will probably be running as well. See attached image.
