Hello everyone! So, I'm new to this site, and game but have watched the starting on youtube. Bought it and started playing, but it didn't show me the blimp crashing cut scene and all the NPCs I talk to don't have subtitles, just audio (except for some ghost in a cave at the start, he has neither so I think I need subtitles here..?)

Maybe it just installed wrong for me and I should re-install it? Because I don't want all the cutscenes being bugged, and Subtitles during conversation is..well near essential in my opinion.

Going to bed now as it's late here, going to reinstall it in the morning as I have nothing to lose, but can anyone confirm my problem?

That is weird... I'd reinstall first off, just to see if that fixes it. I don't think I've ever had that problem (though I think the cut scene issue is more common, it sounds familiar - maybe something to do with your graphics card or the screen resolution? Are you using the UAP and High Resolution pack?)

Well it appears a simple reinstall fixed it, hurrah. I saved it directly to program files this time instead of the default GOG/then arcanum, don't know if that matters...
