This page clearly shows keys used in Arcanum. Thought I would post it for a reference.
Only key not on there . . . if you are using the HR patch . . . F10 for the minimal UI, F10 again to return to the standard UI

If I remember right, that F10 miniUI-shortcut was added in some of the official patches.
I just wanted to mention this, if someone want to use it anyway without highres-patch..

Is there a way to end your turn in combat from a keyboard shortcut? As a gunner, I don't always want to finish my AP in order to preserve ammo. If it weren't for this, I would use F10 mode more regularly.

Press the E key to end a turn-based combat round, press F5 command all followers to stop fighting and I just press the R key to enter / exit combat mode.
