Receive this error upon launch. Whats up!?

Tried all the fixes but with zero success

Where have you installed the game?
Are you running it as administrator or not?
Have you tried disabling UAC?
Have you tried adding "-no3d -doublebuffer" (without quotation marks) to executable's shortcut?

Tried all of these and other fixes a number of times.

The game is installed to...
C:\GOG Games\Arcanum
The default setting.

Install another to a diff folder and move saves?
