my setup

i7 2.2ghz
6gb
geforce gt540m
win 7 64

i have tried all the solutions that i can find (run as admin, set to xp comp, rename ddraw.dll, add commands to exe)

i still can not get the game to run. Has anyone got a similar setup that may be able to help me through?

i have set it to my integrated card instead of the geforce card, seems to be working now. Wish i had tried that first!

just for anyone with a similar setup:

installed the game in a different folder to the recomended one

added -doublebuffer to the target exe

ran under xp pack 3 compatibility mode

ran the game with my integrated video card

ran the game as admin
