The manual and the description you get on hovering over it say that Intelligence affects you ability to learn and/or cast spells. However, all the spells have a Willpower requirement to purchase, not an Intelligence requirement, and I haven't been able to determine myself or find any commentary in FAQ's, etc. what the actual affect Intelligence has on a caster is, if there is any affect at all...
Does anyone know anything about this?
