I'm trying to use a wired Xbox controller, but I can't seem to get one to work with this game? Is it possible to use a wireless Switch pro controller with this game? Or am I better off using something like Xpadder or Anti-micro because controllers can't be configured in the options menu?

It looks like some tinkering with xinput plus fixed the controller. so I don't have much of a problem any more.
Edit: or not. the game still reacts slow to keyboard input while setting up a controller and doesn't always detect controller input while doing so.
