First, I want to thank Bloodpatcher for providing the patch, and szenith for the modding method.

This solution is meant to help those who want to play Aquanox with German voice and English text.
It needs the Deutschpatch, whose link was posted by Bloodpatcher in deyn123456789's topic "German Version/Patch?". You can easily find that one in this forum due to my recent reply.
And the other thing you need is the unpacker which unpacks .PAK files. Just search "AquaNox 1-2 modding tools file" and download it from Mod DB. You will find AquaNoxMarkUnPAK.exe inside of the archive.

Once you've got both of them, run the Aquanox - Deutschpatch gog.exe, install it to any path you like outside of the game's folder for preventing it to occasionally overwrite your game's files. Find the aquanox1.pak in the installed folder, the one that contains all the audio files.
Now it's time to use the unpacker. Extract it from AquaNox_tools.rar. Then drag the aquanox1.pak to the AquaNoxMarkUnPAK.exe. The unpacker will automatically extract the .pak file to a folder named "aquanox1" in the same path where the file which has been extracted is. In this folder, you will find a sub folder "aquanox1\sfx\sample\d". Rename its title from "d" to "e" and copy it to the game's path "AquaNox\sfx\sample\". Open the game, now you have the high-quality German voice as a plus.

Further more, if you want to watch the in-game movies in German, you can copy the .bik files from the installed folder "\vfx\mov\" to the same path in the game's folder. And still you wish to play this game all the way Deutsch? Well, Bloodpatcher has already done a great job. Just forget what I've told you before, install the patch to your game's folder and let it replace everything it can, profit.

Oh, if there's any tiny possibility that you couldn't understand what I'm talking about, (yep, very possible. cuz I have no idea how many language slip-ups I've made here), go to szenith's topic "(Modding) Muting Aquanox voices". You'll find that much easier to understand.
