To make things clear I do not own GoG version of the game. I own original CD along with patches I saved on my HDD. I'm writing here because I have a problem with saving custom controls in Aquanox. Each time I change controls they change to defaults once I load a game. The only way I can change them is when game crashes and wants to bring back default settings. Still it only allows me to change movement controls, but all other settings are automatically being switched to default. Is there any possible solution for this ? I'm playing on Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Run as admin and don't install in %:\Program Files% will most likely solve these kind of problems.
And turn off UAC if previous didn't work and install the latest patch if any for the game.

I'll check that and let you know how it worked later :)
Currently I'm using steam version of the game as my CD is a bit used up and I need to make a back up of it.
