I've been recently replaying the game and intend to finally finish it (last time I played it I finished around quagmire). I like to discover all the mundane stuff about the game, and I would like to remember where if any are the locations of other characters from the game, that you are not playing. I know where the mage is (outside the ungerground city) and where brice is (somewhere in the mountains near the keep) but where are the others: Nalu, Foxwen and the mirelurk ? Are they in the game?

- Nalu should be between the Temple of the Moon and the City of the Dead; she has some clues for you, maybe even a plot item
- Foxwen is in the Temple of the Moon near the exit towards the City of the Dead, dying from having been riddled with arrows
- the Mirelurk is a prisoner of the Warlord's, you encounter him just before that boss fight, and the Warlord executes him before your eyes
- Ianmirth is somewhere outside near the starting area; he gives you some stuff
- Brice is found crucified outside the Stronghold (not confirmed)

Of course, their fates largely depend on whom you have chosen as your player character.

The mage is right outside the western exit of the Ungerground City - he gives you nothing just some coversation - looks like he was the weakest and got stuck early on....
Brice is right outside of the Gorge Keep, just a few steps from the waterfall cave.

Since I'm playing as Foxwen, I got the Fall Equinox in a portable chest inside the City of the Dead, and it looks like I'm not going to meet even Nalu. I wonder why it is. Such a shame.

Ah, yes, now I remember. I must confused him with the NPC just outside the first dungeon, who gives you coins. Naturally, since Brice was my chosen character, I couldn't encounter him in my only playthrough. I've read in a walkthrough that you won't meet any female NPCs if you're playing as a female yourself. Still, those encounters really add to the bleak atmosphere of the game. To see your comrades in this desperate quest give up or die one by one makes for one depressive plot. Great game, even better than Lands of Lore in my opinion.

If you play as Daganoth, then Ianmirth is the Castellan's prisoner in his place.

If you play as Ianmirth , you will find other characters
- Foxwen : In the Temple of the Moon near the exit towards the City of the Dead.
- Brice : Near and before the GORGE KEEP.
- Nalu : Out side of CITY OF THE DEAD ( North Exit)
- Mirelurk : Castellan's prisoner in EVIL STRONG HOLD

If you play as Foxwen , you will find other characters
- Ianmirth : Outside of the UNDER GROUND CITY. (After to West Exit , then turn left)
- Brice : Near and before the GORGE KEEP.
- Nalu : Not found her.
- Mirelurk : Castellan's prisoner in EVIL STRONG HOLD

If you play as Brice, you will find other characters
- Ianmirth : Outside of the UNDER GROUND CITY. (After to West Exit , then turn left)

It is unfair that you don't get to meet any female characers if you play as a female yourself, while as a male character you meet everyone, I wonder why did they choose that?

Does anyone happen to have a video of all those meetings by the way, for those who don't want to replay the game two times (if only one or none of the chosen characters are female, that way you can meet everyone in two playthroughs)?
Also does the interaction change based on your character or is it always the same?

It's probably because it's assumed that Foxwen and Nalu traveled together. When you meet one of them, she'll mention the other. A bit of a shame though, because there could be made a change similar to Ianmirth being Castellan's prisoner when you play as Daganoth.
