Rage of Fallen heroes appears to simply not exist in the game as a spell.

I don't remember if it is the other spell you are looking for, but one hard to find spell is in the Temple of the Moon. Go back to the Oracle and take the same exit teleporter a second time, and it will take you to a different location where you will find a spell.

Both of them exist in the game as spells, but the means to learn them were not included for an unknown reason. You can give them to yourself by editing the save file.
