The game lets you use Mouse or Keyboard control. I set up the keyboard controls the way I wanted them and they work fine, but at the end of every mission the game resets my preference back to using mouse input (it doesn't delete my custom bindings, luckily).

This is really, really annoying. Anyone else had the same issue\know of a fix?
