I've just bought anno 1503, but whenever i launch the game it shows me a black screen for about 5 seconds and then just doesnt open. I have no idea how to solve this issue but i do really want to play this game again after a long time. Anyone here know the solution to this problem?

Some actual information would help. OS, if you're using Galaxy, and such.

Same here. I bought it today and i have the same issue.
With Anno 1602 i had to change the resolution before starting the game (the one in the game folder). I didn´t find it one in the 1503 folder, so i can´t say if it is the same issue.
My PC works with Win 10 (64)
