So I hadn't played Anno 1701 since it originally was published. Picked it up again here. I've encountered a problem I am unable to figure out. I have two major island, one holds my original colony. The second holds my second colony. By colony I mean where people live, not just islands for production of colonists' needs. On the original island colonists eat their chocolate just fine. On the second colony they do not even though there is ample supply. It is not the usual lag time after the colonists housing moves up a level. I fast forwarded the time for a bit and the chocolate bar in the colonist screen does not increase. They have warehouses near them that cover the houses. So I can not tell why this is occurring. Any help?
