Hello,
I just bought and installed the game.
Unfortunately it does not allow me to bring the game window into foreground. It starts minimized and I can't bring it into foreground, neither by clicking on it in the task bar, pressing alt+tab or win+tab.
I'm using Win7 64bit and use a GeForce 670.

I just tried it and it seems to work if I choose 800x600 resolution, not 1024x768. I have no idea why as this has never happened before, it must be a GPU/driver conflict that happens during that specific resolution.
