Hi! I bought Anno 1404 a while back, and since then I've moved to a different computer, downloaded the game to play here, and I know that the process to get online is a bit complicated with Uplay being required in place of the old Ubi.com accounts.

I did played the game and created an online account in the older computer, and even played a few online games, I managed to get online here after some trouble, but it's having problems downloading my profile into this new computer, it knows what the profile is, but every time I click on it to try and download the information, it will just says there's an error, any idea why this might be?
