Hi,
I just bought Anno 1701 and installed it on a Win 11 system. Unfortunatelly, it only starts in english language.
I checked the Engine.ini file in main directory, the settings here seems to be okay:
<LanguageTAG>ger</LanguageTAG>

The system language on my PC is German, too. Does anyone have any idea, why I can't set to German language?

Maybe you didn't download the german language in the offline installers.
Just try downloading by setting the language in your account under anno 1701 to deutsch.
