Hey i have a problem playing anno1701 i already reinstalled didnt work and i also tried various compability modes...
Every time i start the game the pc disconnects from the display which is connected by hdmi and i can only get the connection back by going to the taskmanager but when i go back to the game it directly disconnects from display again...
All other games like anno1602, dungeon keeper, deadlight or rollercoaster are working fine

PLEASE HELP :) THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Anno will not disconnect your display.......that is impossible, do you mean that you just have a black screen and the monitor is going into standby?

Also would be helpful if you would give information about OS, which kind of GPU, SW-version of your drivers and similar ;)

Further which resolution are you running on your display?
