Hi Team,

15-30 minutes into my game of anno 1701 the screen freezes and I can't move anywhere (playing single player continuous). The mouse keeps moving in a circle as though it's pending / loading something. I have then had this screen open for 20 minutes (with it continuing to be frozen) and nothing changes. I have to force shutdown the game via task manager and can reopen the game and it happens once again.

Could anyone please help me with a fix?

Are you playing normal anno 1701 or with the Sunken Dragon expansion exe?
I don't know if i can help you but i am interested in that info.
Maybe you can try the 4gb patch just incase this could be the problem but don't know.
As i played Anno 1701 exe and not the sunken dragon one i still need to beat mission 9 and 10 until i move to the sunken dragon part.
Also i didn't use a 4gb patch yet for it.
