As soon i click on start playing the game crashes. It just freez and i need to kill the exe via task manager.

The problem always happens no matter which scenario or campaign or playmode i choose.

I turned off hardware mouse and music in the config that you can find in the windows start menu and then anno 1602. Maybe try that and see if it works. Music i turned off because gog version kinda is buggy with it and it likes to crash when playing music. At least on the win xp have to try win 10 with music but i think the same problem exists. Just actually tried music no crashing yet on win 10
Otherwise you are on which OS?

i t seems it had from then of now admit rights issues. i just installed it now outside of Programm files directory and now it works.

Okay i never install in program files due to such reasons as you mentioned.
