Trying to load a previous saved game on Anno 1404 Venice Edition. The save is there, but not only is there no picture of the save and an exclamation mark, but when trying to load, a pop up shows saying that the Load Failed: Incorrect file format.
Have already done a Verify/Repair, signed in and out of the profile, downloaded the saves backup and even reinstalled the game. Still having same issues.
Any advice?
