Hey everyone,

wanted to play 1404 again but I can't seem to change the language. All guides/threads say that the "languageselector.exe" is responsible for that but I don't have that in my game folder. Instead I have "anno1404_lang_switch" in the "tools" folder. Executing that doesn't do anything though.

Can somebody help me here? Thanks in advance!

I want to give this a bump. I ran into the same problem.




EDIT: I was able to switch the languages through GoG Galaxy: "more" -> "manage installation" -> "konfiguration" -> language


But I dont know how to do it without gog galaxy....

I also have the same problem.
Starting anno1404_lang_switch.exe doesn't do anything. It won't start.
