english, german, spanish etc etc

I am currently working on a translation into German.
Since the game texts are stored in a separate file, this does not change the game code.
Is it possible that I can upload the translated text files somewhere so that the game is also playable in German?
Status=almost completed, just some fine tuning and some in-game testing left.
